Instructor: David A. Schultz, PhD, JD, is a professor in the department of political science at Hamline University and professor of law at the University of Minnesota. Schultz is a nationally recognized expert on political ethics. He has written numerous books and articles on business, ethics, politics and law. Schultz has been a frequent commentator in a variety of media including The New York Times, Newsweek magazine, the NBC TODAY show and ABC News.
